Push continues for hospital to be built on exiting route of crash

On Saturday morning, a man jumped out of a dump truck in front of Metro Transit’s East Passyunk station on the Red Line. The driver died from his injuries, and three passengers suffered minor injuries and were taken to the hospital.

Metro Transit released the following statement on Saturday evening: “Metro Transit police were notified of the incident around 4:55 a.m. Thursday from a call from a conce출장rned person who reported a crash involving a dump truck in the 2900 block of E. 14th Street.
